- Active Agents – are either on their way to becoming Mega Agents or they are in a place of solid, consistent production and are comfortable with this level of production. Active Agents:
- Generally work 50+ hours a week in their real estate business yet have not reached the level of income they would like
- Generally spend more than 40% of their income on their businesses
- Most of their real estate business comes from one or two sources
- Are unsure how to increase production without adding additional work hours
- Are learning-based
- Reach a ceiling of achievement and have a hard time breaking through
- Are interested in growing their business yet may be too busy to do so
- New Agents – have either just completed their real estate training and newly licensed or they are a new real estate agent but not consistently producing. New Agents:
- Are excited about the prospect of being their own boss
- Love working with people
- Are organized and motivated
- Generally love the home shows on HGTV
- Have a lot of questions about running their own business
- Are unsure of how to select a real estate brokerage to hang their license
- For those currently with an active license, some may be concerned about their future because they are struggling to succeed
